In this study, the companies in the Printing and Publishing sector of Paper and Paper Products which are traded in Stock Exchange Istanbul and in the Public Disclosure Platform the financial performances between 2012-2017 have been tried to be measured by TOPSİS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution), PROMETHEE(Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) and COPRAS(Complex Proportional Assessment) methods which are multi criteria decision making methods.The sample of the research is composed of 14 companies listed on the Borsa Istanbul and Public Disclosure Platform. The 6 periods have been used in the light of the research datas received from the Public Disclosure Platform. In this paper ,the first step multicriteria decision making methods are explained, secondly then the application steps of Topsis,Promethee and Copras methods are given. As a result of the research or each method of the performance of the 6 period companies between 2012-2017 was evaluated. Bu çalışmada, Borsa İstanbul’da işlem gören Kâğıt ve Kâğıt Ürünleri Basım ve Yayın sektöründeki işletmelerin 2012-2017 yılları arasındaki finansal performansları, çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden olan TOPSİS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution), PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) ve COPRAS (Complex Proportional Assessment) yöntemleriyle analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında araştırma örneklemini BİST’de işlem gören 14 şirket oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma kapsamındaki veriler Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformundan sağlanmıştır. Çalışmada öncelikle çok kriterli karar verme yöntemleri teorik çerçevesine yer verilmiştir. İkinci adım olarak Topsis, Promethee ve Copras yöntemlerinin uygulama basamaklarına yer verilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, her bir yöntem için uygulama sonuçları söz konusu şirketlerin 20122017 yılları arasındaki 6 dönemlik performanslarının değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır.
